Located inside ASANA Physiotherapy Clinic in the New Brickwater building, our studio is just across from Langley Farm Market on Selkirk Ave. Parking is available inside Brickwater at The Village.
Booking Your Classes
We use the MindBody app for all class bookings. Download the app from your preferred app store to view our schedule and secure your spot.
- Bookings open one week in advance and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you'll receive a text notification.
- If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist through the app.
Our Studio Experience

Our studio is brand new, equipped with state-of-the-art sound and climate control systems, creating an optimal experience for your practice.

We believe in offering multiple variations of most exercises, allowing you to choose what feels best for your body. Developing a strong mind-body connection is at the core of what we do at ASANA, helping you move with intention, confidence, and balance.
To ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all, please follow these studio etiquette rules when attending classes at ASANA Fitness & Yoga Studio.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class. Late arrivals can be disruptive and may not be permitted to join.
Silence your phone or leave it in your bag to maintain a distraction-free space.
Check in at the front desk OR with your instructor from their mobile phone before class begins.
Wear appropriate attire: Gym shoes for fitness classes, bare feet or grippy socks for Yoga and Pilates, stretchy comfortable “fitness” clothing.
Respect personal space—keep a comfortable distance from others.
Listen to the instructor and follow class guidelines.
Be open to hands-on adjustments, as we believe physical touch enhances learning and connection. If you prefer not to be adjusted, just let the instructor know.
Maintain a focused environment—limit unnecessary talking.

Please wipe down equipment and mats after use. Cleaning supplies are available.
Store props neatly in designated areas.
Be mindful of others transitioning into the next class—avoid lingering in the studio space.
Respect the cancellation policy—late cancels (within 4 hours) incur a $10 fee, and no-shows incur a $17 fee.
Be kind and inclusive—ASANA is a space for everyone, regardless of experience level.
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and reschedule your session.
