My name is Jessica Towe and I live in Maple Ridge with my husband Tyler and our 10 year old daughter Milania. Throughout my time as an instructor, I have had the pleasure of teaching yoga, meditation and fitness classes to studios, corporations and private events.

"Fitness is so much more than just a routine for me—it’s a core part of who I am. I deepened my passion for movement by earning my Yoga Teacher Training certificate in 2022. Yoga, in particular, found me during a pivotal time in my life, and it continues to illuminate the path of self-discovery and growth. Now, in my work as a movement teacher, I aim to cultivate a similar sense of empowerment.
In my downtime, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, working on my own personal practice, or cuddling at home with my dog.
I am so excited to be a part of the Asana team and I look forward to the opportunity to meet, move and connect with you all!

Katrina brings a fun and dynamic approach to fitness - an ACE-certified Elite personal trainer, PN Nutrition Coach, FRC Mobility Specialist, and expert in Kettlebell and TRX training. Her passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger, and crush their fitness goals through mobility work and corrective strength exercises.
Yoga Instructor
I began my journey as a dance instructor, where I developed a deep love for movement and the mind-body connection. Over time, my passion for dance led me to yoga, which became a transformative practice for cultivating balance, mindfulness, and strength.
Today, I combine my expertise in dance, yoga, and fitness to create classes that are both empowering and restorative. I love blending the fluidity of dance, the mindfulness of yoga, and the energy of fitness to offer a truly unique and dynamic experience.
My classes are designed to suit all levels, helping participants connect with their bodies, enhance flexibility, and build both physical and mental resilience. Drawing inspiration from the connection between music, meditation, and movement, I incorporate elements that make the practice feel inspiring and rejuvenating. Beyond my passion for movement, I’m also an energy engineer, which gives me a unique perspective on the art of balance and strength.
I’d love to invite you to one of my classes—it’s all about uplifting your body, mind, and soul!
Yoga Instructor
I am Mana, a certified yoga instructor with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga and fitness with others. While my professional background is rooted in science and technology as a materials scientist, my lifelong love for movement and wellness has always been a grounding force in my life.
Growing up in the Middle East, I defied the norms for women by embracing an active lifestyle from an early age—climbing with my father every week, swimming with confidence, biking, and running, and staying committed to regular workouts. These experiences laid the foundation for my journey into fitness and wellness.
As I grew older, I found yoga to be not just a form of exercise, but a pathway to inner peace and self-discovery. Inspired by its profound impact on my life, I pursued and earned my Teacher Training Certificate from Oxygen Hot Yoga and Fitness, diving deeper into this transformative practice.
While I continue to thrive in my career as a scientist, I’m exploring new horizons in yoga and fitness instruction. My goal is to help others find the same sense of calm, balance, and strength that yoga has brought me. In my classes, I strive to create a welcoming and nurturing environment where everyone can connect with their inner peace and leave feeling more grounded. I believe yoga is for everyone, whether you’re looking to improve physical strength, find mental clarity, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness in a busy world. I’m thrilled to share this journey with you and look forward to practicing together!

Annamaria has always loved and been interested in living a holistic lifestyle and uses her free time to study and practice what has now become her journey. In August of 2022, Annamaria received a certificate in Cupping Therapy from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the past years, she was also working towards her 200-hour yoga certification with a private yoga mentor (a Kripalu yoga teacher of 500 hrs) but was unable to complete it due to the pandemic. Currently, she graduated 200 hrs YTT in November 2023 at Burnaby Heights with Whole body paradigm. Since she has continuously always learning new skills to share with her students, such as advance anatomy, Yoga Nidra, sound healing levels 1 and 2, and Yin yoga.
Annamaria is thrilled to be sharing her love for yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help others feel good physically and mentally. Since she was eighteen years old, she has been suffering and was diagnosed with chronic migraine headaches. There have been times that the pain and suffering consumed her life and left her unable to participate in and enjoy daily events and family functions. After many frustrating consultations with doctors and neurologists over the last eighteen years she has, through trial and error, found yoga, meditation , sound, and TCM to greatly improve her quality of life and reduce her dependence on prescription drugs while allowing her to gain full control of my own pain management.
When Annamaria is at her best, you’ll find her in the kitchen cooking and baking for family, friends and neighbors. She is an avid reader and love herbal teas, hangouts by the fire, listening to music, and hikes in nature – she especially drawn to water, and you can often find her using her free time to meditate and practice yoga by the beach and rivers in our community. Annamaria is excited to use her knowledge and help people manage their pain and help guide them through traumatic experiences with the skills she has learned.
Annamaria goal to you is help you detox, relax, and de-stress your body, mind, and soul!

I grew up in a small town on the west-coast of Canada, spending most of my time outdoors in the rich dense rainforests and impressive mountain ranges. I started dancing at the age of 5, learning to express myself through movement at an early age. In high-school I explored other physical activities including cycling, wrestling, rugby, and yoga. Post grad I fell in love with functional movement & weight training, so I studied Personal Training, and found work at a boutique personal training gym in 2016.
My fitness classes are layered with elements of strength training, pilates and functional movement training. My yoga practice deepened in my teenage years and have been practicing ever since - helping me to navigate the different seasons in life. I am an eager student and love exploring my yoga practice both on my mat and “in the real world”.
My passion for yoga has brought me across North America, South America and South East Asia to learn from great teachers. In 2024 I graduated from East & West Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia with my 200hr RYT certificate. Since then I have been spreading my yoga teachings through drop in classes at studios in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, special events, intimate small group events, retreats, online and at yoga teacher trainings.
When I am not working or teaching I am likely deep in the great-outdoors or off travelling in a new Country.

"Spreading joy, compassion and health-consciousness amongst my fellow yogi-friends through my Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes” – That is my Yoga teaching philosophy. As we share space and time, joining together practising this millennia-old tradition of Yoga; my heart continues to fill up with humbleness, jubilation and sense of community after every class.
2016 is when I stepped foot into a Yoga studio for the first time, with the pure intention of exploring. Loving every bit of the practice, I attended many Yoga classes over the next 3-4 years. As well as, I delved into Pranayama and Breathwork practice, Meditation and Ecstatic Dances. My journey transcended from a fitness-oriented physical practice of Yoga to more deeper levels for emotional well-being and spiritual exploration. Finally, I embarked on the 200hrs. Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) through Foundations Yoga School hosted by Chinook Yoga Studio, Prince George, BC in 2021. It was a very enlightening experience and instantly got me excited about teaching Yoga. Since summer 2021, I have been teaching a variety of Yoga classes – initially at Prince George and after that, Maple Ridge and Mission, BC. From slow-flow to deep stretch in hot yoga classes, from Vinyasa flow to Breathwork and from the four walls of studio spaces to open natural settings; I have been mastering different styles and domains of Yoga over these years.
Outside of Yoga, you can find me spending quality time with family at home sweet home, in Maple Ridge and enjoying the beautiful Canadian nature through hikes, travels and long drives. “
Yoga Instructor
Hi, I’m Robin - a movement and yoga instructor. Like many of us, I have flowed through different seasons and cycles throughout my life with different movement and fitness styles (Pilates, yoga, weights, running etc). I have come to truly believe that a lifestyle including a combination that work within your body, is some of the best medicine in this life.
Back in 2021 I took my 200 Hour YTT after falling in love with yoga asana 7 years prior. Going through my 200 Hour training, I fell in love with the roots of the practice. I truly believe that yoga is a multi faceted practice and is one incredible way to get to know yourself and your body, allowing us the space to explore our internal world and our physical world. Guiding folks in a yoga practice to nourish their mind, body and breath has become a heart centred practice for me. I strive to create accessible, choice driven, yet challenging classes.
Guiding folks in fitness and asana has become my favourite way of continuing to be a student of movement science and yoga. I look forward to moving with you and sharing space at Asana Yoga and Fitness.
